We’ve mentioned a few concerts on here in the past but with 2008 just around the corner, there are some excellent country music concerts coming up that you all should know about as well. Check these out:

• Alan Jackson and Brooks and Dunn Concert — Alan Jackson is the most-nominated singer in CMA history, and Brooks and Dunn are the most awarded. With too many honors to count, these two titans of country music are once again embarking on a powerhouse tour.
• Anne Murray Concert — Anne Murray is one of Canada’s most influential and best-selling performers. Her ease with different genres, from country to pop to ballads, has gained her a huge fanbase, not to mention more than a few Grammys.
• Dolly Parton Concert — Dolly Parton is famous for many things unrelated to her music, which obscures her great songwriting skills and truly unique voice. She’s one of music’s most influential performers and her shows are legendary.
• Emmylou Harris Concert — Emmylou Harris is country royalty of the highest order. She’s collaborated with legends, and has put out strings of excellent solo albums. Her live show is something special and a must-see for roots rock and country fans.
• Garth Brooks Concert — One of the most celebrated country artists of all time is back. After retiring, Garth Brooks is returning to do what he does best: perform live. So bring all your friends, especially the ones in low places.
• George Strait Concert — George Strait’s traditional country style has won him legions of fans on the road to becoming one of the top recording artists of all time. His live show is simply a must see for any fan of the genre.
